I find a lot of teachers can tell you what’s wrong with your work but don’t neccessarily tell you HOW to fix it. Todd did both. It is for this reason I will continue to pursue Todd for ongoing instruction for my biggest passion in life which is Comedy. If comedy is your passion as an actor I reccommend to pursue Todd as well.

At Actors Comedy Studio, we do something new and exciting every class. Todd always thinks about what will be useful in our day to day lives and auditions and we will revolve a whole class around something he thinks we need to focus on. If I ever stop taking his class for even 2 weeks, my acting and my happiness in life declines. He is now looking for new and creative ways to help his students succeed besides just teaching them acting.

I recently had an audition for a comedic role in a feature film. They told me that the improv trained actors they had seen the day before were just “too big” and over-the-top. The director came in had me do the scene, laughed and asked me to try a different way and then said that was great and asked me if could wait so they could bring in the producer. My training with Todd gave me the confidence, skill and practice to work each audition and be funny over and over again. I walked out of that audition feeling like a winner.
