Gunnar is an amazing teacher! He is so specific, and really helps each actor find their individual strengths. His insights are spot on, not only with comedy technique but especially when he breaks down scripts with you. His audition coaching has been excellent for me! His comedic sensibility is the best in town. The best.Susannah Hillard
Gunnar changed me into a booking actor, transformed me into a quick study for cold reads, and provided the tools I need for a career. He also mentored me in self-marketing! What teacher in Hollywood does that!? So if you are looking for a great learning environment, with amazing methods to help you book jobs, with a teacher who’ll spend the time to really get to know you and help you reach your highest peak, then I’d highly recommend the Actors Comedy Studio. Trust me, I bounced from 4 different “Well known” studios and none compare!Nathan Lucas

I’m an actor from Sydney, Australia and I’ve worked with Gunnar in L.A. Working with Gunnar is one of the things I’m most looking forward to when I go back to L.A.Daniel Nemes
There is no doubt that Actors Comedy Studio is the only studio of its kind; where actors are given the chance to study and perfect the fundamental technique of situational comedy. Before, I had found my way into some improv classes or relied on the occasional comedy script I got in my scene study class, but it wasn’t enough. With the instruction of Gunnar Todd Rohrbacher, I was able to elevate my comedy technique and have a leg up on the competition. ACS truly is a must for anyone else who is serious about working in comedy.J. R. May
In today’s industry, actors must wear a number of hats: producing, directing, editing, writing, etc., all in addition to honing their other acting-related skills. At ACS, you get not only incredible comedic training, but also the encouragement and skills needed to push past the overwhelming business aspects of “the biz,” to create, produce, and market your own work. I earned my BFA in Drama from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and even though my training there was top-notch, I can confidently say that my training with Gunnar Todd Rohrbacher at ACS has been equally as effective and beneficial, if not more. Not only is Gunnar a comedic genius and a fantastic teacher, but he is also an incredibly compassionate human being and 100% committed to every student he teaches.Allison Oliver
