If you’re not studying with Gunnar Todd Rohrbacher over at ACS, I honestly think you’re not entirely living up to your potential. Gunnar’s ability to individually coach and teach his students, while in a group setting, is one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen. People leave his class feeling encouraged and nurtured and CHALLENGED, and very much like they’re on the road to being the best performer they can be. I said it earlier, and I’ll say it again: you should be studying with Gunnar Todd. Highly recommended. Matthew Swanson
Gunnar Rohrbacher is determined to make each student self-sufficient and responsible for their own actions in this new media-driven industry, and with the tools I’ve gained from Actors Comedy Studio, I truly feel I am ready to face it. I am proud to be associated with ACS, where I’ve found nothing but supportive, driven, like-minded friends.Sarah McLean
A few months ago, I got a last minute audition. The script wasn’t available ahead of time, so I knew that I would have to work hard and fast on it once I got to the session. When I arrived, I sat down with the script and began breaking it down using the tools and processes that Gunnar taught me at ACS. After about 4 minutes, the writer of the series came out of the room and said that they were ready for me. I went into the audition and they all laughed – the writer, director and lead actor. More importantly, I wasn’t “acting” in the scene, I was really in it. I got the job.Phillip Daniel

If you’re paying attention, you’ll see that comedy is becoming more and more prevalent on TV, film and the web. Even in drama, it’s important to know how to inject some humour to add interest and depth to the story. I recently had an audition for a comedic role in a feature film. They told me that the improv trained actors they had seen the day before were just “too big” and over-the-top. The director came in had me do the scene, laughed and asked me to try a different way and then said that was great and asked me if could wait so they could bring in the producer. My training with Gunnar gave me the confidence, skill and practice to work each audition and be funny over and over again. I walked out of that audition feeling like a winner.Vanessa Mesia
Gunnar is an amazing teacher! He is so specific, and really helps each actor find their individual strengths. His insights are spot on, not only with comedy technique but especially when he breaks down scripts with you. His audition coaching has been excellent for me! His comedic sensibility is the best in town. The best.Susannah Hillard

Gunnar Todd Rohrbacher at Actors Comedy Studio has really helped me gain confidence and become the actor I am today. Gunnar takes time each class to give individual attention to all of his students and has helped me figure out my type, and exactly where I fit in out in the acting world. Not only is Gunnar an amazing teacher but also he is a great person that I have always felt has had my absolute best interest at heart!Chelsea Gross
I have known, worked with, been directed by and laughed with Gunnar Todd Rohrbacher for over fifteen years. There is no one in the business of comedy with more chops, skills, and range of experience. He not only knows funny, he is funny, and he can teach funny. Here’s your challenge: do you have what it takes to listen to him and get your butt moving? Because his ability to spot and nurture talent is matched only by his desire to see everyone succeed and that, my friends, in this town, is the rarest combination of all.Carolyn Hennesy
